خدمة عملاء ومبيعات - خدمة عملاء نحن نبحث عن منسق مبيعات وعمليات محترف ومتمسك بالتفاصيل للانضمام إلى فريقنا. هذا الدور ليس مجرد خدمة عملاء، بل هو حلقة الوصل الأساسية بين إغلاق المبيعات الاستراتيجية و التنفيذ التشغيلي الدقيق . المهام والمسؤوليات: التنسيق التشغيلي: المتابعة اليومية للطلبات عبر النظام والتواصل المباشر مع شركات الشحن. الضبط المالي: إدارة الخصومات غير المعتمدة، وإرسال روابط الدفع، وتصحيح الفواتير. المبيعات عالية القيمة: إدارة وإغلاق المبيعات للعملاء ذوي الفواتير العالية (تتراوح من 200 ريال إلى 2,000 ريال وأكثر). الالتزام بالمعايير: تنفيذ المهام بدقة وفقاً لـ "دليل العمل المعتمد" والنماذج الداخلية. - المتطلبات الأساسية: الخبرة: من 3 إلى 5 سنوات خبرة مثبتة في مجال عمليات المبيعات، تنسيق التجارة الإلكترونية، أو أي دور هجين مشابه.…
