Job Description Summary Epic Client Systems Administrators (ECSA) are responsible for client facing applications and the back-end servers that support them. ECSAs are responsible to maintain, troubleshoot and fix servers that comprise the Web and Services stack. These servers host applications like Hyperspace Web, MyChart, Interconnect and many more. ECSAs are responsible for ensuring client applications are available to end users and are maintained in accordance with Epic best practices and SEH standards. They are also responsible for maintaining backend hardware/software that is crucial for this operation, including but not limited to VMware servers, and the load balancing servers.…
