The job duties of this position are in accordance with Minimum Standards for Day Care Centers. Job Description QUALIFICATIONS : 1. Must be 19 years of age. A Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred. A minimum of a Child Development Credential (CDA) or Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education/Development or Child Development is required.
