About this role

Deine Aufgaben Du steuerst und bearbeitest operative Logistikprozesse im Tagesgeschäft. Du koordinierst Warenein- und -ausgänge sowie die zugehörige Dokumentation. Du erstellst, prüfst und verwaltest Versand-, Liefer- und Begleitdokumente. Du überwachst Liefertermine, Bestände, Chargen und Verfallsdaten. Du stimmst dich eng mit Lagerdienstleistern, Speditionen und internen Schnittstellen ab. Du unterstützt bei der Bearbeitung von Retouren, Reklamationen und Abweichungen. Du stellst sicher, dass Prozesse und Dokumentationen den internen Qualitätsstandards sowie regulatorischen Anforderungen entsprechen. Du pflegst relevante Daten in ERP- und Logistiksystemen und sorgst für eine hohe Datenqualität. Du erstellst Rechnungen für Apotheken.…
