Job Summary: The Manager, SIP Supply Planning, supports the execution of end-to-end supply planning and order fulfillment activities across Asia Operations. This role acts as a first-line people manager and operational leader, translating demand signals into executable supply, production, and material plans while ensuring delivery commitments, inventory objectives, and customer requirements are met. Working under the guidance of the Director, Supply Planning, this position partners closely with Demand Planning, Engineering, Quality, Procurement, Inside Sales, and external manufacturing partners (probe, assembly, and test) to drive reliable execution, resolve supply constraints, and improve planning processes and performance.…
