About this role

Job Summary: Semtech is seeking a Salesforce Administrator & Developer to join our IT Business Applications team. This role owns the day-to-day administration, configuration, and development of Semtech's Salesforce ecosystem, spanning multiple production orgs, Customer Community, B2B Commerce and CX/support-case processes. The ideal candidate combines strong hands-on administration and development skills with the ability to apply AI tools to automate, analyze, and accelerate Salesforce operations and enhancement delivery. Responsibilities: Administer and configure multiple Salesforce orgs — security model, automation, page layouts, and Lightning components (35%).
