About this role
The Room Service Server is responsible for providing hotel guests with an enjoyable, expertly served dining experience that exceeds their expectations, which includes setting up and bussing room service carts and trays, presentation of room service delivery in guests’ rooms, and assisting with incoming room service calls if needed. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Seneca Gaming Corporation’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.
