As an EU Benefits Specialist at Sensata, you will support the delivery of competitive, compliant and employee-focused benefits across the European region. Working with HR, internal stakeholders and external providers, you will help ensure our benefit plans are well administered, clearly communicated and aligned with local market practice, legislative requirements and Sensata’s commitment to employee wellbeing Responsibilities Administer, review and improve employee benefits programmes across the European region, ensuring they remain competitive, compliant and aligned with employee needs.
