Provide support for activities related to the Annex 24 system and Inventory Reconciliation (Descargas) processes, ensuring accurate recordkeeping and compliance with foreign trade regulations. Key Responsibilities Perform reconciliations in the Annex 24 (SEER) system: Load Data Stage information. Validate Sections A, B, C, I, and J of the monthly monitoring report. Follow up with the responsible stakeholders on identified issues. Process MV and HC documentation, including receipt, printing, signature collection, scanning, and submission to the U.S. Customs Broker (AA).
