City/State Charlottesville, VA Work Shift Third (Nights) Overview: The Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital Emergency Department is hiring a Full Time Nights ED Technician 7P-7A The Emergency Department Technician assists the Physician, Advanced Practitioner, or Nurse in implementing plans of care for emergency/minor emergency care patients. Performs patient procedures and treatments under the supervision of the Physician, Advanced Practitioner, or Nurse. De-escalation and physical intervention training within 15 days of hire. Certification/Licensure BLS certification within 90 days of hire for all incumbents. New incumbents must have one of the following in addition to the minimum Education 1.
