City/State Norfolk, VA Work Shift Third (Nights) Overview: Sentara Norfolk General Hospital is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) for the Mental Health Nursing Unit. This is a Full Time, Night Shift (12-hour shift) position. Hours: 7:00pm to 7:00am - Three 12-hour shifts (36 hours per week), with rotating weekends. Department Overview: Sentara offers both inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services to patients 18 and older who are in crisis due to mental illness, emotional distress, or destructive behavior patterns. Because our treatment facilities are located within local hospitals, patients have access to the full range of both psychiatric and medical care.
