City/State Norfolk, VA Work Shift First (Days) Overview: Sentara Norfolk General Hospital is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) for the Cardiac Procedural Recovery & Short Stay Unit . This is a Full Time, Day Shift (12-hour shift) position. Hours: 7:00am to 7:00pm - Three 12-hour shifts (36 hours per week). No weekends or holidays. Department Overview: The Cardiac Procedural Recovery Unit admits and prepares patients for their Cardiac Catheterization (interventional and diagnostic), Electrophysiology procedures such as cardiac ablations, Cardioversions, surgery, and ICDs/Pacemakers. The unit also admits patients post procedure who are being watched overnight and discharged the next day.…
