City/State Suffolk, VA Work Shift First (Days) Overview: Sentara Belleharbour is hiring an Emergency Dept Technician for Full-Time Days 7A - 7P The ED Technician a ssists the Physician, Advanced Practitioner, or Nurse in implementing plans of care for emergency/minor emergency care patients. Performs patient procedures and treatments under the supervision of the Physician, Advanced Practitioner, or Nurse. De-escalation and physical intervention training within 15 days of hire. New incumbents must have one of the following in addition to the minimum Education: 1. EMT-B with state or national certification at time of hire OR 2.
