Shift: PT - (20hrs) Days The Stroke Program Coordinator provides professional, clinical nursing, and technical knowledge, skills, and expertise required for the provision and continuity of comprehensive neurological and stroke patient care. The Stroke Program Coordinator will ensure the assessment, management, implementation, and evaluation of interventions set forth by accrediting agencies for disease specific program certifications and CMS.
