What you would work on?
Provide general first-hand user account management support for Atlassian and Microsoft O365 services, including e-mail, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
Troubleshoot basic IT issues, including hardware and software problems.
Onboarding users by setting up their accounts and configuring their hardware and software.
Offboarding user accounts and ensuring that all data is securely removed from company systems.
