About this role

[What the role is] As part of the Tote Board (TB) Grants Programmes team, you will support the development, assessment and management of grant programmes that address community and social needs, aligned with TB’s strategic outcomes. You will gain exposure across the end-to-end grant lifecycle, working closely with senior colleagues to ensure effective and accountable grantmaking. [What you will be working on] 1. Grant Curation Conduct landscape scans and basic research to identify sector needs, trends and potential areas for funding. Engage stakeholders (e.g. government agencies, social service agencies, partners) to gather inputs and support programme design.
