[What the role is] The Singapore Food Agency’s mission is to ensure and secure a supply of safe food. The Authorisations Division grants licences, permits and other authorisations to enable the supply of safe food in Singapore. Specifically, the Food Business Department of the Authorisations Divisions is responsible for granting licences, permits and other authorisations for food businesses, which comprise food production (farms), non-retail, and retail food businesses. The successful candidate will be part of the Food Business Department and will be responsible for developing frameworks to drive the operationalisation of Part 4 of the Food Safety and Security Act (FSSA) concerning the authorisation of food businesses.…
