[What the role is] Implement Integration-centric programmes to promote social cohesion and strengthen community bonding, as well as provide administrative and operational support to the ground staff, ensuring the ground staff and the Integration & Naturalisation Champions (INCs) are equipped to build harmonious, cohesive neighbourhoods across all constituencies.
