[What the role is] Manager / Senior Manager (Special Educational Needs) [What you will be working on] Oversee and provide overall leadership, planning and supervision for the Special Educational Needs (SEN) support services function. Lead the implementation of evidence-based inclusive pedagogies and Positive Behavioural Interventions and Supports (PBIS) at the organisational level. Develop and review support resources for Course Chairs/ academic staff on care and support to students with SEN.
