About this role

[What the role is] You will be part of a dynamic HR team and drive hiring initiatives across a diverse range of executive and technical roles. Working closely with hiring managers and the HR business partners, you will lead sourcing strategies, build strong talent pipelines, and support recruitment outcomes to onboard the right talent to drive and support IMDA’s mission and goals. In this role, you will need to acquire a good understanding of IMDA manpower needs and challenges, and you will be expected to follow through the end-to-end recruitment process.
