Associate Accounts Payable Analyst

Overview The Associate Accounts Payable Analyst will be responsible for routine operations of the Accounts Payable function and other special projects at the request of financial management. Responsibilities The following Accounts Payable Operations will be performed: Enter invoices and credit memos into SAP that cannot be processed through automation. Execute daily payment runs. Perform vendor account reconciliations. Respond to vendor and internal customer inquiries and resolve invoice- and payment-related issues. Work directly with Mizuho Bank to investigate questionable payments and assist management in determining whether payments should be processed or rejected.
