Job Title Manufacturing Supervisor Position Overview Shaw Industries is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to serve the Kuster/Dyeing Department in a supervisory capacity by continually monitoring the appropriate shift operations and ensuring compliance with all company, plant and departmental guidelines and procedures. Position is located at Plant WD in Dalton, GA. Responsibilities Act as liaison between Department Manager and employees by providing an effective line of communication within the department. Supervise Kuster as needed. Monitor all departmental production, production quality, processes and procedures and ensure that departmental SMS procedures and instructions are continually followed by all employees Use Formula Control to assign production.…
