Job Title Process Control Technician | 12-hour rotating shifts Position Overview Provide support for the PI Reclaim department with a specific focus on the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the PI Reclaim Dept. Essential Duties: 1.) Comply with all environmental procedures and programs. 2.) Take readings and check levels on PI support equipment. 3.) Responsible for maintaining condenser lines: a) Cleaning of condensers which includes daily water flushes b) Perform maintenance as necessary which also includes pulling & cleaning condenser tubes . c) Inspect the completed job. d) Inspect and clean the port holes and condenser catch pots. e) Monitor coolant (glycol) levels in chillers and refill as needed. 4.) Extruder /Screen Changers a.) Clean vent(s) as needed.…
