Reporting to the VP of Enterprise Excellence, this leader provides strategic and hands-on leadership across residential product quality, supplier quality, claims risk mitigation, and quality systems—driving measurable reductions in cost of poor quality, strengthening quality governance, and developing a strong quality leadership bench for the future.…
