Job Description: Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Provide direct supervision to operations personnel to ensure efficiency and quality. Monitor and enforce safety protocols ensuring a safe, clean, and productive work environment. Coach and mentor the team to ensure they are well-trained in tools and processes. Handle employee relations, such as performance reviews, coaching, and disciplinary issues.
