The Conflicts & New Business (CNB) Analyst supports the Conflicts & New Business Manager and Conflicts & New Business Director in managing the operational aspects of the Conflicts Department. The role provides process improvement and analytical support by developing in-depth knowledge of Conflicts and New Business Intake workflows, data processes, and reporting. Leveraging this knowledge, the CNB Analyst partners with key stakeholders to develop reporting and analytical tools that promote compliance, data standardization, and operational efficiency.
