As a Technical Recruiter on our Talent team, you'll own the full recruiting lifecycle for engineering roles, partnering directly with engineering leaders to hire the people who will shape Sigma's next chapter. This isn't a ticket-closing role. You'll help define who we hire and how we hire, and you'll have the tools, access, and autonomy to do it well.
