WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS
SigNoz is an open source observability platform built on OpenTelemetry. Think logs, metrics and traces in one tool, as an open source alternative to Datadog and New Relic. We are a YC company, and most of our growth so far has come from the open source project and word of mouth.
Now we want someone to build a proper pipeline engine on top of it.
WHAT YOU WILL ACTUALLY BUILD
We have a rough shape of the team in mind, and you will hire it:
- Paid digital: one person on LinkedIn and X ads, one on Google and other search. Creative work handled through some mix of freelancers, agencies and eventually in-house.
- SDRs: an SDR leader plus 2 to 3 SDRs. Messaging starts with the founders, then the SDR leader takes it over.…
