It takes a special person to be a Care Worker and help the older members of our community to maintain their independence and wellbeing. We are looking for a person with at least 3 months experience in a similar professional role (aged care facility, Disability, SIL or NDIS in home support etc...), to join the Silverchain team in Brisbane Bayside and surrounding suburbs.
