About this role

Deine Aufgaben Als Werkstudent:in im Bereich Customer Success Management wirst du zur Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kund:innen, unserem Produkt und internen Teams – und gestaltest aktiv mit, wie wir Kundenerfahrung bei Rail-Flow verstehen und verbessern. Du wirst zum Datendetektiv für Kundenzufriedenheit Du behältst den Überblick über unsere Kundendatenbank, sorgst für Top-Datenqualität und machst mit dem Kundenzufriedenheitsindex sichtbar, wie zufrieden unsere Kund:innen wirklich sind – eine Grundlage für strategische Entscheidungen im ganzen Unternehmen. Du bringst dich ggf. direkt im Kundenkontakt ein Je nach Bedarf begleitest du neue Kund:innen, erklärst zentrale Abläufe und koordinierst Folgetermine.…
