[What the role is] Plan, source and manage JTC’s land stock to ensure supply of adequate industrial land to support JTC's short, medium and long term development needs and Singapore’s economic development. [What you will be working on] Land Use Policy Development Review existing land use policies and recommend new policies to support industrial restructuring or intensify land use that achieve land productivity, taking into account changing economic/business needs and trends while balancing the need to safeguard the resource for future needs.
