About this role

[What the role is] You will carry out valuations of HDB residential, commercial and ancillary properties for sales, leasing and tenancy administration, manage and analyse valuation data to support research and operations, and work with government agencies and industry partners on land acquisition and valuation matters. You may also support digital transformation initiatives, including cloud migration projects. In addition, you may be rotated to a customer-facing role to facilitate home ownership by assessing housing eligibility, grants and loan applications, processing flat transactions, handling appeals, preparing case submissions, and liaising with residents, solicitors and relevant agencies to deliver quality housing services.…
