About this role

[What the role is] You will be responsible for project management, Addition & Alteration (A&A) works and supervision of maintenance of buildings and facilities or its M&E system. You will be required to propose, implement, and manage improvement initiatives to improve system and facility reliability, operational effectiveness, productivity, reduce cost and resources. [What you will be working on] Formulate policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOP) for the use of technologies and operations procedures to ensure operation sustainability.
