About this role

[What the role is] The Senior Manager (Data) supports data-driven community engagement across the GRC Cluster by collecting, analysing and interpreting data to surface actionable insights that strengthen ground engagement and operational planning. The role supports the adoption of AI tools and automation to improve team efficiency, and builds data literacy across the Field Engagement Team and Constituency Offices to embed evidence-based decision-making in frontline operations.
