About this role

Deine Aufgaben Strategische und operative Verantwortung für den Einkauf von Bau-, Dienstleistungs- und Rahmenverträgen im Immobilienportfolio (Vertragsvolumen p.a. ~ € 100 Mio) Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer unternehmensweiten Beschaffungsstrategie unter Berücksichtigung von Kosten, Qualität, Nachhaltigkeit und Risiken Steuerung komplexer Ausschreibungen und Vergabeverfahren (z. B. Bauleistungen, FM, technische Services, Medien, Planungsleistungen etc.) Verhandlung und Abschluss von Verträgen mit nationalen und internationalen Lieferanten und Dienstleistern Aufbau, Bewertung und Weiterentwicklung eines leistungsfähigen Lieferantenportfolios Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projektentwicklung, Asset Management, Property Management, Utilities, Technik und Controlling etc.…
