Deine Aufgaben Führung & Teamentwicklung: Steuerung, Coaching und Weiterentwicklung des Teams Inside Sales. Schnittstelle & Koordination: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen relevanten Fachbereichen (u. a. Marketing, Legal, Finance, Sales, Operations). Pricing & Angebotsmanagement: Regelmäßige Überprüfung und Anpassung der Preisstrukturen, um Wettbewerbsfähigkeit und Profitabilität sicherzustellen. Kundenanalyse & Business Development: Analyse von Bestandskunden und Opportunities zur Identifikation von Wachstumspotenzialen.
