About this role
Location: Antwerp, Belgium (Construction Site) Contract Duration: 10 months (with possible extension) We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to support Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) works at construction site in Antwerp. The role will be part of a multicultural integrated project team and will report to the Subcontracts Administrator , within the Subcontracts Administration function. Key Responsibilities Review and verify contractor unit-rate measurements against Issued for Construction drawings. Review and verify As-Built remeasurements based on contractor As-Built drawings. Validate quantities and commercial evaluations in line with contract preambles and measurement methods. Prepare and issue bi-weekly measurement status reports (pre-measurements and As-Built) for each contract.…
