In dieser neu geschaffenen Rolle im Group Legal & Compliance Team der SITS Group hast Du die Möglichkeit, von Beginn an aktiv mitzugestalten und den Aufbau einer modernen, gruppenweiten Rechtsfunktion maßgeblich zu prägen. Mit einem klaren Schwerpunkt im deutschen Arbeitsrecht – insbesondere in der Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat sowie bei der Vorbereitung, Erstellung und Verhandlung von Betriebsvereinbarungen – übernimmst Du eine verantwortungsvolle und sichtbare Rolle mit echtem Impact. Gleichzeitig erhältst Du spannende Einblicke in weitere Rechtsgebiete wie Vertrags‑ und Gesellschaftsrecht im internationalen Kontext und kannst Dich fachlich breit im Inhouse‑Umfeld weiterentwickeln.…
