Position Title: Associate Director of Advancement for Parent Philanthropy and Donor Experience Officer (DXO) Time Type: Full time Position Summary and Qualifications: The Associate Director of Advancement for Parent Philanthropy and Donor Experience Officer (DXO) is responsible for developing strategies and successfully securing gifts from non-alumni parents for the University. Our goal is to raise between $1M and $1.5M from this pool of donors annually and the Associate Director is responsible for leading this effort and in many cases serving as the point person for securing the majority of these gifts.
