About this role
The purpose of the job is to generate ideas and to create new products and concepts together with the Global Marketing Organisation. The researcher manages and assures successful completion of the R&D tasks within an innovation project. The researcher provides business support during the launch phase of innovations The researcher is an employee of Animal Nutrition R&D and is either hierarchically located in the Swine, Poultry, Ruminant or Ingredients Research Teams. The researcher reports to the Manager Research and leads R&D tasks (studies) in innovation projects. The project team of an innovation project is often a multidisciplinary team with a business leader to whom the project reporting has to be done.…
