[What the role is] To ensure that investigations are conducted in a proper, efficient and effective manner and appropriate and fair penalties are imposed for contraventions of legislations / regulations / codes administered by IMDA; to support the development of a vibrant, world-class ICM sector that drives the economy, bonds communities and powers a smart nation.
