About this role

[What the role is] You will be instrumental in driving initiatives that enhance operational productivity and efficiency. Your role will focus on conducting comprehensive analyses of current business processes to identify opportunities for improvement as well as embarking on transformative initiatives that align with our strategic drive towards greater digitalisation. [What you will be working on] Business Process Analysis: Partner our policy makers to conduct thorough assessments of existing workflows to identify pain points, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
