[What the role is] The Constituency Manager serves as an administrator and community facilitator at the constituency level, supporting the formation, development, and consolidation of Grassroots Organisations (GROs) to promote social cohesion, racial harmony, and community bonding. The role works closely with residents, Grassroots Leaders (GRLs), volunteers, and community partners to plan and implement programmes that advance PA's mission of sparking and nurturing community participation for a caring and united Singapore.
