About this role

[What the role is] As a HR Digitalisation Specialist, your role is to drive the digital transformation of ITE’s HR operations – automating manual processes, building/leveraging of digital tools and applications, and re-engineering workflows to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of HR services. You will partner with HR teams to identify opportunities for digitalisation and deliver technology-enabled solutions that support the Division’s HR transformation journey.
