About this role

[What the role is] You will partner with one or more assigned business units to drive the people agenda, aligning it with business objectives and deliverables while considering the local context and unique requirements. [What you will be working on] Specifically, the roles would include, but not limited to: Talent Acquisition : Drive the sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding of new employees, taking into account the business unit’s hiring needs and manpower planning forecast.
