[What the role is] Manage course portfolio by engaging trainers & partners, studying industry trends, and implementing guidelines to maintain professional standards for trainers and operators. Promote, grow and sustain courses by curating new courses and repackaging existing ones for CCs/RCs/RNs/NCs. Build relationships with PA trainers and operators, ensure policy compliance through monitoring and audit checks, and recruit diverse courses for different demographics.
