About this role

[What the role is] Manage course portfolio by engaging trainers & partners, studying industry trends, and implementing guidelines to maintain professional standards for trainers and operators. Promote, grow and sustain courses by curating new courses and repackaging existing ones for CCs/RCs/RNs/NCs. Build relationships with PA trainers and operators, ensure policy compliance through monitoring and audit checks, and recruit diverse courses for different demographics. Collaborate with community and corporate organisations to expand outreach, support national initiatives targeting hard-to-reach segments, promote courses through social media, and participate in transformation projects to improve operational processes and increase course participation rates.…
