[What the role is] About Planning The Planning team works closely with senior management to shape EDB’s strategies and priorities, drive coherence in formulation and execution, and track progress and effectiveness of EDB’s strategies and priorities. Our work is anchored on the three core roles of setting the organisation direction, implementing stakeholder interventions, and designing and building execution systems.
