About this role

[What the role is] The Training Planning and Programmes Development Division (TPPD) is part of the Training Partners Group (TPG) within the Skills and Workforce Development Agency. As a key member of the Group's strategy unit, you will be at the forefront of conceptualising training partners (TPs)-related strategies, developing and managing operational policies and programmes with a high impact on the Continuing Education and Training (CET) ecosystem. [What you will be working on] You will be responsible for driving the adoption of TP-related policies and programmes, collaborating with other SWDA divisions, the Ministry of Manpower, and the Ministry of Education (MOE), and ensuring they meet the diverse needs of stakeholders.…
