About this role

[What the role is] Reporting to Deputy Director (HR Business Partnering), you will develop and drive programmes and initiatives in the areas of Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition and Outreach. You will also work very closely with the divisions to build MPA’s desired culture and an engaged workforce in the organisation. [What you will be working on] Proactively engage line divisions and develop a close partnership to effectively support their business needs. Provide HR strategic advice and solutions to line divisions in all aspects including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, talent management, rewards and guidance on HR policies, processes and initiatives.…
