[What the role is] Senior Manager (Transformation): • Supports the Assistant Director (Transformation) in executing and managing transformation initiatives under the PA Community 2030 Implementation Plan across PA. • Overseeing the day-to-day execution of specific projects within the transformation portfolio, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring that transformation goals are achieved on time and within budget. • Works closely with various PA units to align efforts with PA’s strategic priorities, and provide leadership in implementing process improvements, digital tools, and change management practices.
